Time of Booking

User pays 50% deposit

Provider receives 25% deposit.
PayPal securely holds other 25%

30 days prior to Event

User pays remaining 50% payment

Provider receives additional 25% payment.
Instant Booking receives commission fee.
Remaining amount held securely by PayPal.

If booking is made within 30 days of
event, user pays 100% at time of
booking (non-refundable). The provider
receives 50% payment upfront and
50% payment 7 days after event.

Day of Event

Following the event, both the user
and provider receive a notification
to complete a review of each other.

If there were any issues with the
service, the user can raise a dispute.

If a dispute is raised, funds will be
placed on hold by PayPal until resolved.

7 days after Event

The Provider receives the remaining payment
(as long as no dispute has been raised).

If user cancels during this period, 50%
of deposit amount will be refunded
(equivalent to 25% of total booking).

If provider cancels during this period,
100% of deposit will be refunded to user.
